The Darlington Mediaworks Professionals

At the sharp end of the Darlington Mediaworks cameras are two professionals, Scott Darlington and Garth Gullekson. Scott works with video and Garth does the photography. Both are equally at home in the edit suites after the event to polish and package their work.

Scott at the One Lap of America

Scott Darlington

Scott Darlington is a freelance videographer covering the full range from pre-production planning, the production itself, and all the way through the complete post-production sequence including editing, narration, music selection, DVD production, and the graphics used for the DVD package itself.

Though Scott started out recording music recitals in video with full surround sound, the subsequent acquisition of a 1988 Porsche 911 soon changed his focus. Attending his first Porsche Club of America driver education event at Le Circuit Mont Tremblant merely cemented his fate.

Recent accomplishments include a documentary of the 2004 Cannonball One Lap of America, camera operator for the TV2GO-produced 2005 Targa Newfoundland Special broadcast on Global TV, his own documentary of the 2005 Targa Newfoundland as well as Team DVD packages for competitors, and producing promotional videos for the Targa Newfoundland and the Targa Newfoundland School.

Scott is the Official Targa Newfoundland 2007 Team Videographer.

He is the Official Photographer for the Targa Newfoundland 2007.
